Build Items not appearing

Hello there, I have been playing sims4 for sometime but this is my only problem that I have experienced, after I updated the game, every time I go into build mode I cannot see the icons, they all all over the place, I have deleted everything and then started again, I also scanned all folders but found nothing odd. 

I have uploaded a screenshot of what I am on about hoping one of you could help me out?

    This occurred a few months back out of no where, and I still havent figured out what the issue is. I tried playing without any of my mods installed: the glitch was still there. Ive made sure all my mods are up to date. I noted that someone mentioned the issue stemming from T.O.O.L mod not being updated and there being an extra file. When i followed those instructions, the issue persisted. I decided to uninstall T.O.O.L mod all together but the issue is still there, so i dont think its from that mod.

    Hello guys!! I found out my issue had to do with the Better BuildBuy mod!! All i had to do was do a quick uninstall and reinstall and my problem was solved 🙂
