Generally when you're having issues with mods, the best way to see which is the problem is to remove all the mods (put them in another folder not in the game). Launch the game to see if there are issues. If not, then its a mod. If yes, then repair the game.
If its a mod, then add in a few mods at a time. I usually start with MCCC and then add a few of my cheat mods. Launch the game. No issues? Add a few more. Issues? Delete a mod to see which one is the problem and then check to see if it has an update. And you do that until you've gone through all your mods to make sure all of them are up to date or broken.
