[Calendar] Festival/Events Times & Game Out of Sync

Since the July 3rd update, I have noticed that the calendar is out of sync. Festival Times are listed at odd times (usually early morning) and the flyer time does not match. (example in attachments)....

I have had issues with this as well. I have one fair going from 2:29 AM to 8:29 AM. Another going from 9:41 PM to 3:41 AM. I do use MCC, but I have not altered the time at all with this save. The times are just super weird.
