I have seen many people having this issue however some people are playing the game is it only people that don't have mods or CC? has anyone that uses mods or cc been able to play??
I'm having a similar issue where on making a new save file when I get to the world view all the lots have the ⚠️ and "Sims cannot live on non-residential lots." This continues to occur even with everything disabled in the pack selection menu, essentially locking me out of the game entirely.
Im able to play without mods. But Ive had to delete my "challenge" file because I thought it was corrupt :(

The only thing that helps my game work rn is removing all mods. A lot of mods are no longer compatible with the new version of the game/not updated yet. Luckily I can deal because most of my mods are CAS or MCC and can build in the meantime.
Im also having this problem, i have only 1 family saved and i cant access my familys because it takes me back to the worlds screen ☹️
I also usually use my ui cheats and bbb the most and it sucks i cant try the new bbb updaye
