cant exit game

Hi, Just started a new game with a brand new PC. For some reason I cannot exit the game. I need to do, ctrl, alt and delete to exit the game.
I have mods categorized. Any help would be appreciated.

    I'd suggest testing without mods installed before you do anything else. After that, we can figure things out. It might not be a mod-related issue.
