Can't fix my game even after deleting all cc
I tried removing all ccs and removing cache but this is my forever screen now. How can i fix it so i can get all my pictograms back? And how can i get cc without my screen looking like on the ss? T...

Are you trying to copy it, not move it? Cut and paste or drag instead of moving. If your desktop is a different drive than your Documents folder, just move it directly into Documents instead. The important part is getting the folder out of Electronic Arts.
The thing is EA is on a different drive than my sims because i can't get EA on the other drive and the drive EA is on don't have space for sims. tried to contact support and they were no help at all
You could use any folder that's not inside Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 as a temporary holding space for CC while you test it. It doesn't have to be your desktop - that's just an easy option for most Simmers.
