Can't load into family

my game will load with all the builds in world.  My sims are all in the world  I only have one save in my game I bought a new Mac last week before the update. My game will load but it won’t let get to the house in game play mode. Do you use mods Yes Yes  yes! My game loads up fine! I just can’t get to the game play mode. It keeps just going back to the maps of the world! I need a fix not to set up telling you my problems. Undo the last update so we can play our games we paid
