Can't place some CC after latest update :<
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem (hopefully, we're allowed to discuss it?), but after the most recent update I can not place CC beds :( I haven't tested to see if other CC has issues but...

Try uninstalling Sims 4 Studio completely. Then redownload a new copy, install it, run the batch fixes and see if that helps the issues.

I am sorry that you are having these issues :(
Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop.
Delete the cache files
https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Then launch the game, and a new mods folder will be generated. Exit the game. Then put your mods/cc from the old mods folder on the desktop into the newly generated mods folder in the documents -electronic arts - Sims 4 folder and test to see if the issues remain.
