Can't Select both Mother and Father

Question

Hi everyone!So I'm working on a big household in the Sims. Triplets (all young adult), their parents (both elders), one of the triplets' husbands (adult), that triplet + husband's son (kid), and the husband's father (adult).But, for some reason, one of the triplets does not allow me to select both mother and father. It just automatically changes the other one to Household Member. None of the other triplets have this issue and everyone else's relationship is perfectly set. The triplet who I can't set it for is a Sim I played as previously. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!To put the names to the faces in the screenshots:-Carrie, Lucas and Allie are the triplets.-Paula and Vincente are their parents.-Micah is Allie's husband.-Shawn is Micah and Allie's son.-Arturo is Micah's father.For some reason I cannot set both Paula and Vincente as Carrie's parents. Only one or the other.

@RubyFennex  Could you check the family tree if they already have a greyed out parent there ?

There was nobody whatsoever in the family tree, the sim was entirely on her own. I ended up just deleting and remaking her. Unfortunate, because I did have some gameplay with her, but at least it fixed the issue.

Unfortunately don't have the bugged one anymore.

I think it was probably something to do with the fact that, when I originally made the sim, I gave her a sibling, then gave that sibling a child, and then deleted the sibling.
Later on when I went to add the huge family, I deleted the child too. I forgot about all that when I originally made my post.
