Cant travel in horse ranch expansion

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
• Start a new save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Thanks for the reply. I renamed and started a new game. It didn't work correctly. When I started a new game it changed all of my sims cloths and looks when I entered the game. I can travel- but still cant travel to the horse place- it just wont let me click on it.  Not error messages, it just doesn't work. ☹️

I'm playing through EA on a laptop. - And Im talking about when I created the sims in the beginning of the new game- they didnt save in game correctly whe nI started in the world and put them in a house
