CAS: Aspiration window Freezes not letting me edit the sim properly.

I have updated my mods. and I am able to play the game. Normally I use CAS.fulleditmode cheat before creating a new sim or re-editing a downloaded sim from the gallery. It's been two months since I had this CAS bug issue. I was going to edit a pre-made sim who has a "not liking children" trait to family oriented trait. The Aspiration window froze and I am not able to switch to edit the sim. I saved the sim and opened the CAS I still have the same problem. I exit all the way out. Then moved my mods folder to the desktop and started to repair the game. When I played the game without the mods. I still have that problem. I mentioned this issue to EA support (Singapore) many times.
