Cas Buttons aren't showing up.

My cas buttons doesn't load or work. It became like this after I updated the game. I also somehow don't have Origin app so I can't "repair" my game. I removed all mods and deleted the game and reinstalled it but it didn't work. I also haven't come across anyone online who has the same problem as me.
