CAS CC isn't showing up :(

my CAS CC says its been loaded in at the startup page but when i go and check, with no tags mind you, it isn't there. tried removing the individual cc and starting up the game, closing it then putting it back and starting it up again but it doesn't change anything. even tried that with my entire mods folder and still nothing :( the mods are from patreon and curseforge respectively but still don't show up even when i reinstall the curseforge ones. i've used the cc on multiple sims and they still show up on the sims but just don't show up in the catalog. for more context, in total i have 32.5GB of mods on a gaming laptop. my friend who's more techy than me is also perplexed by this bug. the cc had previously been loading in just fine but now its being iffy and such >:(
