They show up on townies and I've even randomized in CAS and made sims around them just because they'd probably be my favorite male cc if I didn't have to do this. Nothing is even conflicting with it or anything at this point I'm wondering if it's considered a work uniform that you can't access in CAS without using mods which tbh if I need a mod for it I'd gladly get it.

If you haven’t already done this, try removing all filters in cas, and see if that helps.
If they still don’t appear, try loading the cc file in Sims 4 Studio and add more ticks to the categories in the filter section, that allows where they can appear.
