cc bug

hello english isnt my first language sorry if its not clear, theres a mod or cc idk that keeps me from playing, like im stuck on the loading screen, ive tried the 50-50 method but it doesnt work ? like when i do it, i keep the cc/mod that dont make me stuck in the loading screen in a folder « safe », but after multiple times of 50-50, when i put the « safe » folder back into the mods folder it and run ts4 again, its stuck again on the loading screen, idk what im doing wrong..
