@Meena_builds Mods and custom content can be corrupted when moving from macOS to Windows, or vice versa. So please delete everything you've moved, and try transferring the files again. This time though, zip the folder first. Right-click the folder and select Compress, then once the .zip is on your Windows PC, right-click and Extract.
For the deletion process itself, it's entirely possible OneDrive is redownloading the files, especially considering it's showing in the file path in your error. If you'd like to get rid of OneDrive entirely, or stop it from syncing your Sims 4 files, please see the relevant section of this post:
Otherwise, you can login to onedrive.com and remove the files there, and they should stay removed. You can also pause OneDrive syncing while you're setting up your game: right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen to see the option.
