you wont make this with Sim4Studio alone, you need a new mesh (like the batteries on the arm), this thing should have meshes just a plain texture over a vanilla one would give you a horrible result, the trick here would be using a similar jacket without the gadgets then edit the mesh on blender, adding the necessary elements, then add (apend) and make a new jacket on sim4studio (new mesh, new texture), nice jacket thou, i like the details.. the texture would take sometime to do too...
