[CC/MOD RELATED] Error Code 102:c4caa9ed

Hi! I am having a continuous problem with my sims game after the patch update and the Sims 4 Seasons download. Every time I open my save for the family I am playing, it takes a while to load and I get a pop-up that says: "Game failed to load. Error code 102:c4caa9ed:eeb17472. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." I deleted a lot of CC from my game and I cleared the cache as well as delete the game and redownload it. At one point it stopped appearing and my game was fine. However, when holidays came and I planned an event the same message would appear. I don't know if I should delete the save and start over. I'm a bit afraid to do that because I'm worried that the error code would appear again.

    This is known to be caused by broken Mods particularly an old version of MCCC so remove all Mods/CC and look for updates.where you got it.

    @Amelthya Does no mods include no cc ? Is that the exact number your getting or are you getting a different one ?

    Possibly not, I am a hopeless builder, so I do use the gallery a lot, so if they have, then I have I guess. I have worked around by choosing a different household to play. Have now checked and I can now return to playing the first household.  Weird.

    @Amelthya The error number is significant so if you have further issues you like help with, make sure to get a screenshot of the error and make your own thread.

    i started getting this error when I pressed family and started playing while the build screen was working smoothly in my game. how can I solve my problem?
