Interactions with Cows Disappearing/ won't let cows be Cleaned or Milked

In the morning my Cow will come out of the shed and I can interact with it, until I go to clean it or milk it. It doesn't happen all the time and it seems to be maybe a routing error? My sim will walk weird like they're trying to find the exact right spot for the interaction, and then the interaction disappears from the Queue and when I try to tell them again the action instantly disappears from the Queue and they refuse to interact with the Cow at all. They can still call the Cow into the shed and back out. It doesn't appear to matter where the cow is standing, once it starts you can't get your sim to clean or Milk the Cow. The Cow then gets upset because it's being neglected and I have to either sell it or let it leave, because I can't clean it at all. I haven't seen this exact thing in other Reports so I wanted to make a Report for it.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  I think there was another report like this but i can't find it either atm.

    I have been using mods and cc. I removed them from my game and went back and tested it in both a new save and the original save with the issue. I have not been able to replicate it without mods, so it could very well be a mod issue.

     I will note that even without the mods it did take the sim some effort to Route properly to the place where they could perform the interaction (Some glitchy movements and a bit of spinning) but they were able to perform the action every time regardless of where the cow was standing! Thank you for your response!

    Maybe it was a mod issue last time too which is why I can't find it

    I'll move this to the mods forum but just come back if you have more info. Folks at the mods forum will take care of you if you need further help (make sure to read the stickies)

    So this is probably going to be long, but bare with me! 

    I've had the bug happening off and on throughout several different patches and both on my Laptop and Desktop. I always make sure my mods are up to date when I play, and don't play with mods until they've been updated, because I'm paranoid about save corruption! 

    This time I did only test it on my laptop which had been updated to the current patch and no mods or cc installed. However, I realized this had happened most recently on my Desktop (before the newest patch) where I had not updated the game to the most recent patch and still had up-to-date mods (for the previous patch) installed. I tested my Desktop with both mods installed and not installed and I still was unable to replicate the bug...

    I can only assume it's a bug that comes and goes and may be worked around by restarting the game, but I'll know more once I'm able to replicate it again and test more things out. Thank you for your responses! I'll add more to this if I figure anything else out, I suppose!
