I cleared nearly everything out except for MCCC and a certain well-known NSFW mod that I knew was giving me weird results. I could make the effect come and go by moving UI Cheats in and out of my mod folder. Localthumbcache was removed prior to each test.
EDIT: and a SFW and not mod example has presented itself:
- @darkaudit Are there still other mods installed, though? If any other mods are installed, a mod conflict could still be the problem. Are there any issues that actually hide anything in-game or make it so something can't be read?

MCCC and the NSFW mod that I knew would generate the glitch were installed, yes. But now I know a scenario exists that needs no other mods to get the same result. I just need to trigger the ask for advice event and see what happens.
Later. It's bedtime. 🙂
- Hafcio2 years agoNew Scout@darkaudit I ve got the same Problem - but in my case it is the Tool Mod - without the Mod UI is fine - with only TOOL and deleted localthumbcache the problem is there.
- @Hafcio Check that your copy of TOOL is the most recent one, and test if you have UI problems with that when no other content is in your Mods folder.

@luthienrisingyes i tested it like it was on the broken mods forum on Page 1.
tested only with Tool and deleted local -> the problem is there
tested without Tool -> Problem is gone.
@HafcioPlease test with only TOOL and no other mods or CC. Removing a mod isn't enough to show that it alone caused a problem. There haven't been reports of issues in TwistedMexi's server, so I suspect there's a conflict.

@luthienrising Yes you right - it will be a Mod Conflict, because i tested it now and only Tool and the Problem didnt appear. Sorry for this trouble 🙂
I did try to re-login many times but it still happens
Try testing in a new save, not your previous one:
Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Now open Sims 4, start with New, and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
