Heyy, so I'm not sure if anyone has this issue before but my game ALWAYS crashes when trying to create a custom holiday and was wondering if anyone knows what mod might be causing this issue? 50/50 Method has not been of help; last resort is just not creating holidays :') Thank you in advance :)
Kuttoe is away and hasn't cleared any mods for this patch, but did you have the March update of that mod?

Try leaving in only mods that show here as updated or compatible: Broken & Updated Mods & CC If it works, you can then gradually add other mods in (except of course those listed broken), making sure to include all their requirements.
