• Does this happen in ALL households or only one?
• Do you have an empty Mods folder, or did you only turn off mods via game settings? Try renaming the Mods folder and deleting the localthumbcache file. When you restart, confirm that you have no mods listed on startup now. (Sometimes people end up with multiple Mods folders and are changing the wrong one)
