Create-A-Sim content

Hi, 

Whenever I enter the create-a-sim I do not see any of the custom content or clothing items from the packs that I purchased. I can't see any of the options at the top or bottom. It's like the CAS is blank with my sim. I'm receiving a LastException in Create-a-Sim that appears to be related to traits, preferences, or Likes and Dislikes data. The exception occurs within widgets.CAS.Molecule.data::CASPreferencesSelectionDataFeed and generates a TypeError #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference. According to the stack trace, the error occurs while the game is attempting to execute AddSelectedTraitToCache() and populate trait/preference information for a Sim in CAS. The report indicates that the save itself loaded successfully (Num Save Errors: 0 and Num Load Errors: 0), suggesting the issue is not save corruption but rather a missing or invalid trait/preference reference being accessed by the CAS interface. The game version is 1.128.90.1030 on Windows 11, and mods were enabled when the error occurred. The LastException was generated while CAS was loading, and the stack trace points specifically to the Sim traits/preferences widget. I'm posting this to determine whether this is a known issue with CAS preference data handling or if there are specific troubleshooting steps recommended for this type of error.
