Create a sim not loading

Ever since the start of the grim reaper rewards, my create a sim has not been loading unless i disable mods, ive cleared cache, ive restarted the game, i have tried literally everything the internet told me to try, yet it will only load if mods are disabled. I have gone through my mods and cc and went 1 by one to see if it would load with any of them yet it doesnt.  I am at a lost of what to do at this point, or how to get the game to work with my mods again. Any suggestions that are not the generic (restating game, clearing cache, etc?)
