Custom traits - Modifying "affordance_modifier" sucess not working

I tried to recreate a trait just to test the affordance modifiers, it has no effects again (jokes and mischievous interactions are supposed to fail everytime). I can share this one, the link is there : http://www.mediafire.com/download/iy2s42uscrtx44g/DISL_Clumsy.package

I really hope this issue could be solved :)

PS: for the source files, I downloaded the Combined XML from version 1.8.61 (and used the data at this version), it was the running version at the moment I tried to create the trait.
