Dealing with conflicting overrides

I’m trying to use the updated Sugarbox Defaults (https://simmerhackwrench.tumblr.com/post/172016756660/sugarbox-default-hair-recolor) and a fix for the Cool Kitchen hair (https://sims4kissis.tumblr.com/post/126861702683/littlecrakers-so-i-noticed-one-of-the-new-cool) but whenever I try to have both in my game I get the missing texure red question mark thing on any sim with blonde, platinum, or white hair. Is there any way to fix this?

Edit: I tried removing the overlapping hair from the first package and it does this thing where the first sim in cas is fine, but any after that glitch out.

Edit 2: it looks like the eyebrows are broken.
