FOUND - Does anyone know this custom hair?

I had this hair prior to 2023 (before I lost all of my CC). I am pretty sure it's an older hair but I cannot find it anywhere -- even looked at all the male hairs on TSR. The above picture is from one of my old sims, but here's another of the hair from an image search:

If any of you know where I can get the hair (or even who made it), I would be most thankful.
