She's supposed to have long brown custom hair and grey custom eyes, but she shows up bald with base game brown eyes. I never used custom content before in TS4 nor downloaded any Sim with custom content so I have no idea what to do... Can you help me, please? ^^' Thank you~
(In my game option, the custom content is activated)
If you don't have the CC it will not appear.
