Endless loading restaurant

So, i get stuck on an endless loading screen when i try to enter a restaurant lot either directly from the world veiw to build mode or with a sim in live mode. 

Anyone know which mod is causing this? Because ive gone trough the list multiple times.

    I honestly have no idea what was causing this. I removed all my build cc, deleted the lot and set it as residential. moved my cc back. and then made another restaurant on the same lot and now everything is working as it should.

    rindenbranch​ Have you tried without mods? It might not be one at all. Rename the Mods folder, delete the file called localthumbcache, and try again. You can exit without saving.

    luthienrising​  Hi! i tried the half and half method, and removing all mods, it still didnt work. I have deleted the localthumbcache. I have not tried renaming the folder, how does that work? Do i just rename it as usal?

    It has been like this since the last patch. I cant replace the lot with a gallery lot either.

    luthienrising​ okay so, i removed the entire mods folder and tested everything. it seems to be something in my buildbuy cc folder. i will start to test that.
