endless loading screen that cant be helped

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs, vampires, toddler stuff, tiny living, strangerVille, spa day, snowy escape, seasons, realm of magic, perfect Patio, parenthood, nifty knitting, and so much more i cant count
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure youll just see it cause you cant play...
What happens when the bug occurs? after i create a sim in cas and pick a lot i get stuck on an infinite loading screen with no error message
What do you expect to see? a loading screen that just will not stoppppp
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
i tried everything and nothing can help it but thats ok ill just wait
