mods and cc aren't showing up

nothing is showing up on the list even when i have both options checked, i've tried everything but nothing's working. i tried to get my sims to regenerate a mods folder but it didn't, i also turned off my antivirus for the sims 4 and reinstalled my mods, can someone pls help
