Hi everyone ! I currently have a pop up of a error code when i want to play with my current family. Can someone please help me fix it ? I can’t play at all :( !! I do have mods

I still can't play the game at all. I hit play on my selected household, and eventually it glitches me back to my world/area choices even though there's no message showing. I'm worried it could be my old data I added in, as I haven't tried it without my old data- but I don't really want to lose it. Mods, although annoying if it comes to it, I can reinstall, but my saves and my tray folder are even more frustrating.
Would you be willing to share your save with me ?
If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

I'm prepared to send you a link to a google drive of the saves zip file but I can't seem to start a private message. It's not giving me an option anywhere on your profile or my inbox and google has been no help lol
