Error code whenever I try to play on a sim

Every other feature of the game works fine. I've tried using old sims, making new sims, playing without mods, reparing the game, clearing my cache, moving to and from an external hard drive. Nothing has worked. The only thing I haven't done is delete the game and I absolutely refuse to do so without turning here first, even then I'm not sure if I want to do that because of the stress backing everything up will cause and with no garentee it will even work. I just want to play a game I don't want to stress out over this. I haven't had any issues like this until the latest update and I feel it's something related to that.
