Every time I make a sim they get acne in live mode

No matter what I do, as soon as I place a new sim on a lot, in any save, they immediately develop acne. This is ages infant-adult. I haven’t tried elderly yet. This wasn’t happening until the last update. I’ve disabled acne. I’ve “freshened up” and “showered” and nothing helps. Any ideas?
