Faceless Sims caused by not having Werewolves?

An ongoing issue, No Faces on some sims. I have every pack except for Werewolves, I have no desire for werewolves. There are a lot of fellow simmers who have the same issue and all of them also do not have Werewolves. All the mods I use have been tested many times, game repaired, over and over. It is not mods, it is not my PC, it is an EA problem. The problem is that by not having Werewolves installed it causes some sims to not have faces. There is a help page that has a petition for all who have this issue to sign to let EA know. The only solution I can see to this issue is for EA to make the pack downloadable for free to those who don't really want it but causes this issue. 

I have spent too much $$$ on this game to have to put up with ugly creepy faceless sims. I should not have to be forced to buy the only pack I do not own to fix it myself. Isn't everyone tired of having to fix the Sims 4 game over and over again since the day we bought it? I can't play the game for 5 min without having to deal with or see some issue. I'm tired of just ignoring and looking past the facelessness. And my high school principal has no upper body at all, he is just a pair of pants walking around. No feet or shoes either. That never happened until after Horses.
