Failed to save 414

Hi, console player here. I've had problems with the sims crashing without an error message sometimes when my sim travels but was willing to put up with it, but now as I go to save from build mode I am given this message:

"The game failed to save. Error Code:

414:8b1f75d9:537901f "

any help would be appreciated!
