Favorite Build/Buy CC Creators?

I love the following creators at Mod the Sims: TheJim07, Bakie (also on simstudio creator studios), icemunmun, Snowhaze, and wendy35 pearly. The Sims Resource favorite build/buy creators: Jonsims/Jomsims, Nynaeve design, kardofe, shinoKCR. Severinka, Pilar, ArtVitalex. Sims4studio build/buy creators not previously listed: Standardheld, Leniad, AOM/Sims 4 studio collaboration. Patreon build/buy creators (for monthly subscribers primarily though the following links also make the content available through ad.fly or similar risky ad sponsored links): Yourdorkbrains (https://yourdorkbrains.tumblr.com/), Leosims (leosims.com), Descargas Sims(https://descargassims.tumblr.com/) - creates both CAS and build buy about 50% of each.

simsdom is also a great place to find custom content, but haven't explored that one fully yet. Most content there tends to be CAS.

Other build buy creators I love: Around the Sims 4. They update almost every Friday. https://sims4.aroundthesims3.com/index.shtml Paypal donation link available with exclusive donator objects and full set zip download enabled for donators. Lots of content available for FREE for those who cannot afford even a one-time donation.

This list excludes all the great CAS creators I love, or creators who create the majority of their content as CAS items.

Some people like alpha cc, some people like maxis match cc. For me, I like both... it just all depends on the quality of the cc and who the creator is. I see a lot of the ones I like. Bakie does very cool animated objects and advanced stuff. Uses .rar format since the OP asked about that. I also like stuff Mammut at Blackysims Zoo. There is someone Ingeli I think who does historical/medieval stuff (I need to check the name again). I'm medicated due to tooth ache-- scheduled for a root canal soon. I hope I'm making sense.

I need to look at my CC to see what stuff I have the most of so I can find creator names. I get most of my stuff from MTS and TSR, but I've been finding stuff through Tumblr links from CC finding blogs.
