Festivals not spawning
Since getting the country living expansion, the only festivals that spawn are for that pack. I have all the other expansions. So I should still be getting the festivals from the city living and snowy escape packs.

I'm also having this same problem. Only the cottage living festivals are showing...
- @ToraXKuro Are you not getting messages for the other festivals taking place at all or are they just not there ?
Did you create any business lots in the area where the festivals are ?
