Forever loading screen

Hi, I have been holding back on updating my game due to everyone saying their games were broken. 
Well, I did update today because I thought everything with this forever loading screen bug. My bad. 

I have now been stuck in the loading screen for the past 40 minutes. I have the Better Exceptions mod. As of trying to load my save it popped open with an immediate notification. I will leave what that is saying to me. 

I was instructed by the EA itself to update my mods before downloading the newest update and I did so. I updated my mods, moved them to my mods folder into my desktop, copied my save files to my desktop and then downloaded the update. I put back my mods and opened the game like usual. Allowed mods in the options and reset my game. Upon clicking Resume the infinite loading screen appeared.
