Just want to add to be sure to check Previously Broken mods and CC as well for this.
I checked my mods folder and i don't have any of these mods and CC.
illusionsvvk If it's happening only when mods are installed and it's not on that list, you might have a newly broken mod or one that you missed an update for. You'll likely need to do 50-50 testing of your mods.
