Gallery keeps crashing ea app and sims 4 when launching stops responding. On mac

I have done everything to fix the problem but it will not work. If I am not using cc the gallery wont crash ea app but when using cc and mods it did. I was able to fix the problem two times but when ...

hey this was just happening to me but i fixed it by repairing the sims and then opening the EA app and at the top left of your screen where it says EA app click it and then there should be somewhere that says restart app or something and then once you do that dont touch anything until your EA app fully loads, after that it should be good
