Hello, I just tried deleting the mod folder and relaunching and it will not launch.
@bobbyb897 What antivirus do you use? Is OneDrive active, and if so, is it syncing the contents of Documents? Here's how to check the settings:
Please also let me know whether you run into the same issue if you never add mods in the first place.

I think I just use the default windows 10 antivirus. I do not have Norton or any additional software.
I just deactivated One drive and reset the game files again and I seem to be having the same problem.
If I never add mods in the first place I do not have an issue I think. If I add mods it works initially and then I can't get it to work after that (even if I remove the mods).

@bobbyb897 It sounds like you'll need to test your mods. It's a bit more complicated since the game launches once, but you can set aside your current Sims 4 user folder and just experiment on a new one. Use the 50/50 method to sort through the mods.

I think I have been trying to use the 50/50 method but I do not think it is working as the same thing happens where it works the first time and then crashes thereafter.
