Game Crash on Second Launch

Hello,

I have had this issue before where I then clean reset the game (by deleting the sims 4 folder) and I was able to fix it and determine which mods were broken.

Now I am having a different type of problem where the game launches on the first time I launch it after doing a wipe but it won't launch after that. The only way I can get the game to work is by resetting it and then putting the mods back in and it works fine but when I quit and reopen after that it crashes.

Any advice?
