I just installed the latest sims 4 update and added the Growing Together pack and now the game crashes whenever a sim tries to travel. This happens consistently even with no Mods and after the game was repaired. This has never happened before.
Hello 666_Carbide_666. No it does not show an error code that I can see. When it crashes, it just closes the game and goes back to the EA app screen. Thank You
Hello 666_Carbide_666. I found out last night that travel works on all worlds except for Sulani. Also, when I try to load a household in Sulani, the game never loads the household and I have to exit and restart the game. It seems as if something is wrong with the Sulani/Island Pack in my game after the Growing Together expansion. Also, I have attached an error that I got when a Sim traveled to Del Sol Valley. Hello 666_Carbide_666. I just removed all Mods from the game and repaired the base game and all packs again. I started the game again and was able to open the households in Sulani Ok. However, when I tried to have a Sim travel from Tartosa to Sulani, the game crashed again and shut down and returned me back to the EA Home Screen. I can't decipher the codes so I attached the Last Exception and Last Crash files so perhaps you can have more info to help guide me in repairing this. All other aspects of the game seem to be working fine except for this one issue. Thank you
Hello 666_Carbide_666. I corrected the problem a few weeks ago. I found out that I removed TMEX Coastal Pools & Basements Mods after I updated the game back in March but the basement added to one of the lots was still there. I went back and added the Mod back in and the game worked as normal. Since then, I have removed all basements and pools in Sulani created with TMEX's Mod so this does not happen again. Normally, I am use to items being removed when the Mod is removed but for some reason this was not the case with the TMEX Mod. This was scary for me as I thought I would never get this fixed and would lose all of the work I have put in to this neighborhood in Sulani. Therefore, I will no longer use Mods to put in basements or pools on Sulani waterfront lots so this never happens again. Thank You for reaching back out to help me with this!!!
2024 here! Game still crashing when traveling from any other world to Sulani. I've tried the same methods and got rid of any mods buy TMEX but it still crashes. Not sure what else to do ☹️
