Game Crashes

So I downloaded some hair and outfits from MTS and TSR. I made 2 girls and both of them have the custom hairstyles and clothes. After I finished creating them, I moved them into a house using the freeRealEstate (on/off) cheat. But whenever I try to play them, my game crashes. Is there a way to fix that? Why is it happening?

    I'd suggest posting in the general cc/mods area, this is for people who create I think. Try here http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/categories/mods
    What are the items you downloaded? Have you tried moving them out of the mods folder and trying them one at a time to see which is the culprit?
