Game issue need tech help

So on my sims game I can't log into any of my characters. It's giving me error code 22 (idk what that means) and my delivery is also giving me a code 0000000008:000000000000000c8 . Can anyone help me with fixing this issue please. I do have a mod (adult mod) but this issue was happening before I downloaded it.
