Game not launching, no error message

When I have Mods in my folder, the game (PC) does not open properly. I can see it on the processes list on task manager and the EA app acts like the game is open, it just won't show up on screen.

I've updated and repaired the game (as of 22:30 GMT), deleted any cache files, and it's not linked to OneDrive, and it still hasn't changed anything. The game opens without Mods in the folder.

What else can I try to fix this?
