@indiasparks Please test with no mods at all, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress with the mods removed; the point is to find out whether this helps.
If it does, you'll need to test your mods to figure out which ones are outdated. The 50/50 method can make the process more efficient:
