Game Trouble

Hey! So I just downloaded the base game and I got it to open and work and as I was in create a sim I got a notification saying that snowy escape has downloaded and to restart the game. Now my game will not open through short cut or orgin and I don’t know what to do!!

    @Bravo88913 What platform are you playing on ? PC or Mac ?

    Do you get any error messages ? Have you tried restarting Origin as well ?

    I have been playing on pc and I got like some sort of error that said something about the game download but it wasn’t very clear in what it said. It gave me the option to retry the download so I did but it just wasn’t working.

    @Bravo88913 Close down both the game and Origin and then check in Origin if it all shows as downloaded. If not, try to re-download.

    If it does, try a game repair.
