Game Won't Start With Mods Usual Fixes Won't Work

Okay so I know all the normal fixes, the repairing, the going through the mods, everything, and I have done them all so many times but since this recent update with mods my game refuses to start entirely. I hit play, Origin thinks for a second, then nothing and the play button goes back to orange. So here's what I've done:

I have made sure Sims and my computer are completely up to date

I have repaired the game

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game

I have used a mod detector and removed any conflicting mods especially ones that conflict with some file called SimulationDeltaBuild0.package

I have tried deleting the very large localthumbcache.package like some people suggest BUT when I do that my entire game breaks and I have to reinstall the whole thing because it says important game data is missing and just repairing it won't work

I really can't figure out what's wrong... it was working fine before the update and now nothing I do will fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
